Shorecuterie Cape Cod is a member of the Cape Cod Culinary Incubator located in the back portion of KAM Appliance in Hyannis. CCCI is a beautiful, professional kitchen that is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare the Shorecuterie selections for your upcoming event.

Shorecuterie Cape Cod will ensure that your TCS food offerings are kept at a safe temperature before & during the 2 hour Shorecuterie Service window. Upon our departure from your event, the following two options are available:

~ Food can be disposed of at the end of Shorecuterie Service.

~ Food can be left with the host/hostess. If food is left at the event, the host/hostess then becomes responsible for keeping the food at a safe temperature for consumption. Shorecuterie Cape Cod will provide Ziploc Bags & package the food prior to leaving.

Once your inquiry is received...

~ An introductory call will be scheduled to discuss the details of your event. We will cover your initial head count, location and event date. Pricing will be based on the number of guests you anticipate attending your event.

~ If a decision is made to book Shorecuterie Cape Cod, your event date will be secured with a deposit equivalent to the Cart Fee for an event your size. Shortly after, a contract will be sent to you (via email) for your review & signature.

~ 2 Weeks prior to your event Shorecuterie Cape Cod will confirm your FINAL head count & FINAL menu selections. At this time, all but 10% of your remaining balance will be collected.

~ 1 Week prior, Shorecuterie Cape Cod will contact you to discuss the final details of the day of your event (arrival time, set-up location, contact person during the event, etc.). 

~ Final payment of 10% will be due to Shorecuterie Cape Cod on the day of the event.

If you cancel your event within...

~ 2 Weeks ~ 50 % of your Cart Fee deposit becomes non-refundable.

~ 1 Week ~ 100% of your Cart Fee deposit becomes non-refundable & a $150 late cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund. 

~ If food has already been purchased within the 2 Weeks prior to you cancelling the event, we will arrange a date for you to come & retrieve the items from Shorecuterie Cape Cod.
